Apple's Tiger might be in trouble if a lawsuit filed agaist Apple holds up. A company called Tiger Direct is suing Apple for trademark infringement and unfair trade practices. They say that Tiger is their Brand name and they want Apple to take down all references to Tiger from their websites, software and everything else. They also want a public apology.
We'll see how it goes, a preliminary hearing has been set to May 3.
