Illegal Australian Internet pharmacies that have been shipping drugs around the world without properly determining the ages or needs of the buyers, has been closed down after Australian Federal Police raided properties in Perth today.
Following an extensive investigation of online pharmacies and a global money laundering syndicate, around 20 arrests in the United States, Costa Rica and India have been made. The pharmacies were able to operate successfully using the obscurity of the Internet as a shield.
