Did you know that Eminem was bullied in school? No? Well, he did and now the man who bullied him, filed a lawsuit back in 2001 for invading his privacy. The main story goes around one of Eminem's songs - "Brain Damage" - where Eminem descibes his bullying.

The judge said that the words should not be interpreted literally and D'Angelo Bailey has himself said that the story itself was true.
