According to Reuters, Bush has agreed to sell F-16 jets to Pakistan. The administration official said that the sale of F-16s will not change the overall balance of power between Pakistan and India. However, the PM of India expressed great dissapointment because of it, he's afraid that this sale might in fact have negative impact regarding their security environment.
Previously Bush refused to sell the same jets to Pakistan as a sanction against its nuclear program.
