34-year old Jamaican Truck driver, Tyrone Williams, who lives in New York was found quilty of transporting illegal immigrants.
79 illegal immigrants were crammed into his trailer at the Mexican border in order to take them to Houston.
However, the temperature inside the truck grew extremely high making the people scream in the back of his truck. About 100 miles from their destination Williams decided to abandon them.
17 people died inside the truck due to dehydration, suffocation and overheating. Two other immigrants died later.
